Este estudio analiza la utilidad del cine como recurso didáctico para trabajar el componente emocional y ampliar la competencia conversacional en los alumnos del nivel de referencia C1 de español como lengua extranjera en contexto de inmersión lingüística. Se realiza una revisión bibliográfica de corte cualitativo. Los resultados muestran que el empleo didáctico del lenguaje cinematográfico puede contribuir al proceso formativo de la competencia conversacional del estudiante, y conseguir la comprensión cultural del entorno cubano de inmersión. Se concluye que el uso del filme cubano Suite Habana (2003) puede servir como instrumento didáctico para el tratamiento del componente emocional, en función de estimular la competencia conversacional en el aula de español como lengua extranjera.
The purpose of this study is to explore the usefulness of film as a didactic resource to work on the emotional component and expand the conversational competence of students at the C1 level of Spanish as a foreign language in linguistic immersion. An exploratory study of a qualitative literature review was carried out. The results show that the didactic use of cinematographic language can contribute to the formative process of the student's conversational competence, and achieve a cultural understanding of the Cuban immersion environment. It is concluded that the use of the Cuban film Suite Habana (2003) can serve as a didactic instrument for the treatment of the emotional
